This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When the site is accessed, Netlify processes technically necessary server log data, including IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, and browser/device information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). A Data Processing Agreement is in place with Netlify; the transfer of data to the USA is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message) is stored in order to process your enquiry. Submissions from the contact form are processed on our behalf by Netlify (Netlify Forms). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once the matter has been dealt with, and at the latest after six months. Where a booking or payment relationship arises, the related data is retained for the statutory tax and accounting periods under German law (§ 147 AO): business correspondence for six years, invoices and accounting records for ten years.
The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from the website’s own server. There is no connection to Google servers and no data is transferred to third parties.
